Sparkling wine obtained of Glera grapes cultivated on the hills of Treviso. Straw yellow color with light green shades. Elegant floreal and fruity bouquet with exotic accents. Salty and harmonious in mouth. Pairing with fish appetizers, also indicated after meals.
CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VINEYARDS
Uneven vineyards of the Prosecco area, totally located on the southern slopes of the hills, the farming system is the characteristic double overturned.
White vinification with reductive technique, fermentation on clean must at a temperature of 19-21 °C with selected yeasts, the second fermentation is done in an autoclave following the short charmat method.
