VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG BRUT

Sparkling wine obtained from 100% Glera grape variety cultivated on the Valdobbiadene hillsides. Straw yellow color with fine and persisten bubbles. Elegant floreal and fruity bouquet with scent of banana and ananas. Dry and harmonious in mouth. Pairing with white meats, fish, appetizers and after meals.

CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VINEYARDS
Uneven vineyards of the Prosecco area, totally located on the southern slopes of the hills, the farming system is the characteristic double overturned.

WINEMAKING
White vinification with reductive technique, fermentation on clean must at a temperature of 19-21 °C with selected yeasts, the second fermentation is done in an autoclave following the short charmat method.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Alcohol 11% – sugar 12,00 g/l – pressure 5 bar to 20°.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
8-10° uncork carefully.
