VALDOBBIADENE PROSECCO SUPERIORE DOCG EXTRA BRUT

Sparkling wine obtained from 100% Glera grape variety cultivated on the Valdobbiadene hillsides. Straw yellow color with fine and persistent bubbles. Elegant floreal and fruity bouquet with scent of apple and jasmine. Dry and harmonious in mouth. Pairing with white meats, fish and mixed sliced.

CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VINEYARDS
Uneven vineyards of the Prosecco area, totally located on the southern slopes of the hills, the farming system is the characteristic double overturned.

WINEMAKING
White vinification with reductive technique, fermentation on clean must at a temperature of 19-21 °C with selected yeasts, the second fermentation is done in an autoclave following the short charmat method.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Alcohol 11% – sugar 3g/l – pressure 5 bar to 20°.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
6-8° uncork carefully.
